Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with GardenCraftersHub. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from gardencraftershub.com
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Quality Related Returns
If you are returning an item for reasons not related to product quality, such as a change of mind or personal preference:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The customer is also responsible for any customs fees, duties, or other charges incurred during the return process
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at service@gardencraftershub.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or video of the item and the issue
- Your full shipping address

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items not purchased directly from gardencraftershub.com
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned without sufficient proof of purchase
Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it within 7 business days.
After the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
For approved returns:
- Defective or incorrect items: eligible for a full refund or replacement, depending on the case
- Non-defective items: refund applies to the product price only and excludes original shipping and handling charges
